American Music Awards: Post Malone lidera nomeações

Os American Music Awards são entregues domingo, dia 24 de novembro, em Los Angeles, nos Estados Unidos.

A contagem decrescente para os American Music Awards 2019 (AMAs) já começou. Post Malone lidera a corrida com sete nomeações, incluindo “Artista do Ano” e “Colaboração do Ano”, com o tema “Sunflower”.

Ariana Grande e Billie Eilish – que somam seis nomeações cada – também seguem na frente. Já Lil Nas X e Taylor Swift somam cinco nomeações.

As nomeações para os American Music Awards baseiam-se nas vendas recordes de álbuns e músicas digitais, transmissões de rádio e ‘streaming’ (transmissão ‘online’) medidos pela Billboard e os seus parceiros Nielsen Music e Next Big Sound.

Em contrapartida, os vencedores são escolhidos pelos fãs, com os seus votos.

A edição dos American Music Awards 2019, cerimónia anual que visa celebrar a produção musical nacional nos Estados Unidos, vai decorrer no Microsoft Theater, nos Estados Unidos, no dia 24 de novembro, a partir das 01:00 da madrugada.
